About Yangtze River Cableway
An aerial tramway that has carried passengers across the Yangtze since 1987, spanning 1,166 m between Xinhua Road in Yuzhong and Shangxin Street at Longmenhao on the south bank. The cabins hold about 80 people and take a few minutes to cross, giving a high view of the river, its bridges and the Yuzhong skyline; the line itself has been a listed municipal heritage site since 2009.
How to get to Yangtze River Cableway
The north station is on Xinhua Road in Yuzhong District, about 600 m east of Jiefangbei near Xiaoshizi metro station; the south station is at Shangxin Street in Nan'an District.
