About Qinglinkou Old Town
A small Qing-dynasty market town in the hills north-east of Jiangyou, on the Qingyun Creek near the Tong River. Its centrepiece is the Heyi or Red Army Bridge, a three-arched stone bridge topped by a timber gallery; the town also keeps a Wenchang temple, a Guangdong–Fujian guild hall, an old opera stage and slogans carved by the Red Army's Fourth Front Army in 1935.
