About Wenchang Pavilion of Wulong Temple
The Wenchang Pavilion of the Wulong (Five Dragons) Temple stands at the foot of Wulong Mountain in Helou township, in the countryside north-west of Langzhong; the temple was founded in the Tang and rebuilt under the Yuan. Despite repairs in the Ming and Qing, the timber pavilion keeps its Yuan structural frame and is one of the few Yuan wooden buildings left in Sichuan.
