About Macau Cultural Centre
The Macau Cultural Centre (Centro Cultural de Macau) is a performing-arts complex by the architects Irene Ó and Bruno Soares on the reclaimed NAPE waterfront, opened in 1999. The Grand Auditorium seats 1,080 for opera, ballet, orchestral concerts and touring musicals, the Small Auditorium stages smaller productions and film screenings, and the Macau Museum of Art shares the complex. Annual events held here include the music festival and the Fringe festival.
