A Qing-period gentry house in the old town of Taigu that the banker and Nationalist finance minister Kong Xiangxi (Kung Hsiang-hsi), a Taigu native, bought in 1930. It covers about 6,300 sq m in eight courtyards, including a stage courtyard and a garden, and has exhibitions on Kong's life and on Chiang Kai-shek's stay here in 1934.
