About Loudi
Loudi is a working town of steel, coal and power in the hills of central Hunan, and nearby Lengshuijiang holds Xikuangshan, the world's largest known antimony deposit. In Xinhua to the west, the Ziquejie terraces climb the slopes layer upon layer, farmed for more than two thousand years, and the Meishan Longgong caves run deep into the limestone. In Shuangfeng, Fuhoutang is the family mansion of Zeng Guofan, the Qing statesman who raised the Xiang Army against the Taiping.
