About Shuanglong Bridge
A 17-arch stone bridge about 148 m long where the Lu and Tachong rivers meet west of Jianshui, described as the largest and finest old stone bridge in Yunnan. It began as a three-arch bridge in the Qianlong era and was lengthened from 1839 after floods widened the river. A three-storey pavilion with yellow glazed tiles stands at its centre and a smaller octagonal pavilion at its southern end.
