About Boundary Island (Fenjiezhou)
A small uninhabited island in Riyue Bay off Guangpo town, whose name, 'dividing-line island', refers to the climatic divide between northern and southern Hainan. The scenic area offers beaches, snorkelling and diving among corals and a wreck, ray and turtle encounters in the shallows, a sightseeing submarine and an ocean theatre, along with jet skis and other water sports. It has been rated 5A since 2013.
How to get to Boundary Island (Fenjiezhou)
Reached by passenger boat from a harbour on the mainland coast of Guangpo town, about 19 km east-north-east of Yelin, the Lingshui county seat.
