About Lou Kau Mansion
Lou Kau Mansion (Casa de Lou Kau), built around 1889, was the home of Lou Kau, a banker and businessman honoured by the King of Portugal in 1890. It is a two-storey grey-brick Chinese courtyard house in the Xiguan style, with western touches such as mother-of-pearl window panes, balustrades and perforated wooden ceilings like those in Macau's churches. Part of the Historic Centre of Macau, it stands near Senado Square and Cathedral Square.
How to get to Lou Kau Mansion
