About Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware
Completed in 1846, Flagstaff House is the oldest surviving Western-style building in Hong Kong. It was the office and residence of the commander of the British forces until 1978 and has housed the Museum of Tea Ware, which shows Chinese tea ware, since 1984. The two-storey Greek Revival building has deep verandahs suited to the local climate and stands inside Hong Kong Park.
