About Sha Tin Marriage Registry
A government marriage registry on the ground floor of Sha Tin Town Hall, run by the Immigration Department, where couples give notice of marriage and marry by appointment. The Tourism Board lists it for its understated arched building and its setting beside Sha Tin Park and the Shing Mun River, a backdrop for strolls and couples' photographs. It also appears in the climax of the 2018 film Men on the Dragon.
